Return & Refund Policy

Every Kiyo Arts product is made to order for the person who bought it. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We do not offer exchanges.

1. 30-day returns

If you change your mind, or a size or format isn't right, you can return the item within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Email Cameren@kiyoarts.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
You pay the return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
Items must be unused and in the condition you received them, ideally in the original packaging. Please pack them carefully so they aren't damaged on the way.
Your refund covers the price of the item(s). The original shipping cost is not refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where the law requires it (see section 6).

2. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is wrong, email Cameren@kiyoarts.com within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem and the packaging it arrived in.

Once we approve your claim, we will send return instructions, and Kiyo Arts covers the return shipping cost. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping.

3. No exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any product. If you need a different size, colour or format, return the item within 30 days and place a new order.

4. Items that can't be returned

Custom or commissioned pieces made to your own specifications
Items marked "Final Sale"
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, or used or damaged after delivery

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the refund. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to show the credit.

6. Right of withdrawal for customers in the EU and UK

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a legal right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods. Our 30-day return window gives you more time than this.

How to cancel: tell us clearly that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can use the cancel option on your order in your account, email Cameren@kiyoarts.com, or send the model form below.

Sending the item back: return the goods within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling, to Kiyo Arts, 1465 Sheridan Rd, #8, Kenosha WI 53140, United States. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the goods more than needed to check what they are, what they are like and how they work.

Your refund: when you cancel within the 14 days, we refund all payments we received from you, including the standard delivery cost (not any extra cost if you chose a more expensive delivery option), within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may hold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier. We refund to your original payment method, and you won't be charged any fee for it.

Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or commissioned pieces made to your own specifications or clearly personalised for you.

7. Lost packages

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement or refund your order.
