Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Kiyo Arts. We want you to love your new art and apparel. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Because our products (including canvas art, posters, and apparel) are often made-to-order, we generally only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received an item to notify us of a defect or damage.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at Cameren@kiyoarts.com with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. High-quality photos of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products: Personalized art or specially commissioned pieces.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event.

  • Digital Downloads: Digital art files are non-refundable once the download link has been sent.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the damaged item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We typically only offer exchanges for apparel size issues if the item is still in stock.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Kiyo Arts will cover the return shipping costs.

  • General Returns/Exchanges: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
